June 22, 2023 edition - The best sushi in the Tri-Cities?

Hi ETC family!

If you’re looking for the best sushi restaurants in town, it’s your lucky day.

But wait, it’s almost unfair to have a list of the “best” sushi restaurants, because we all have that one spot we love the most, so instead of listing the “best” sushi spots, we will talk about some great, must-visit sushi places in the Tri-Cities—how does that sound?

As a sushi lover, I’ve been to a lot of sushi restaurants in town and I have a few favourites I go to often. If you are also a sushi lover, stay tuned to find out more about where these spots are.

Stay awesome,

– Tina & the ETC Team

7 cozy cafes in the Tri-Cities

Visiting your favourite cafe is, in many cases, similar to entering your own kitchen.

It’s cozy, it’s full of delicious smells, but most importantly, it’s personal. It has its own distinct character (maybe it’s decked out with soft, colourful couches or has grungy art on the walls) that separates it from any other cafe. If you come often, you’ll recognize some of the workers and fellow regulars who, in time, can become something of a second family.

Here are a few cozy cafes in the Tri-Cities serving up delicious coffee and treats, making you feel warm inside and out.
